A creative and fun way for young yogis ages 5+ to learn asana (yoga postures / sequencing) and experience the various benefits of a yoga practice including mindfulness, coordination and emotional balance. Kids Yoga Camp will focus on a daily theme which will be seen through the incorporation of crafts and games/activities. Camp meets from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. There will be two sessions offered, July 29th - August 2nd and August 26th - August 30th.
